The Vendor Delegate Pass is designed exclusively for solution-providing companies that wish to attend the event for direct business engagement but are not exhibiting.

Who is this for?

Digital transformation and AI solution providers, cybersecurity and cloud infrastructure vendors, IT and data management companies, smart city and IoT technology providers, GovTech and e-services platforms, and systems integrators and consultancies serving Kuwait’s public sector and national digital transformation agenda.

Why does this pass exist?

Attendance is carefully curated to protect the quality of networking. Commercial entities are required to register under the appropriate category to ensure fairness and balance.

What do you receive?

Why can’t vendors register under the USD 25 delegate pass?

The standard delegate pass is reserved for non-commercial attendees. Vendors must use the Vendor Delegate or Industry Partner categories.

Does this pass include branding or exhibition space?

No. Branding and exhibition options are not included in the Vendor Delegate Pass.

Is approval required?

Yes. All Vendor Delegate registrations are reviewed for eligibility.

Can I upgrade later?

Yes, upgrades to Industry Partner or sponsorship options are possible subject to availability.
